Jam Locations

Primary Location: Outdoor Dining Area – Talley Student Union

When weather permits, our jams will be held in the outdoor dining area that faces Stafford Commons.

Alternate Location: Outdoor Dining Area – Talley Student Union

The One Earth Lounge is on the main floor of Talley Student Union. It is close to the entrance nearest Reynolds Coliseum. Or, from the main entrance, just walk towards the Port City Java and continue down the long walkway. Look for the big fireplace in the seating area, and you should see some fellow pickers!

Other Locations

There are occasions when our group is unable to use the Talley locations, which we consider our main home base for jams. We’ve also met in Price Music Center and the Crafts Center, and there may other locations that we use as well. We will keep this website and the calendar updated with that information, and highlight any location change in the reminder email that goes out to everyone who has completed our Join the Jam form.

Parking is generally available to the public after 5pm in the Coliseum Parking Deck, in Jeter Bays next to Reynolds Coliseum, and on Cates Avenue. We will notify pickers if parking will be impacted by campus events.
